Dive Friends Bonaire
Strategic management consultancy for a merger and acquisition project. Company consisted of 5 diving operations, 3 stores and a holding company. Activities included management consulting, full valuation, writing the information memorandum and a sales tactic. Within a year, the company became so profitable that the owners decided not to sell it.
Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland
Assignment for research, reporting and making strategic recommendations, on the level of information security at the Dutch government agencies in the Caribbean. With a follow-up task to do the same for the local police department.
Restructuring of SkyNet's international purchasing and logistics node. Assignment included complete revision of facilities, reorganization of the department, implementation of new guidelines and procedures and 10 months interim management of the department.
Restructuring of ground station operations and the customer service center. Assignment included organizational and financial restructuring, the adoption of new operational processes, system deployment and 1 year interim management of the entire ground station.
